Appointments and policies

You can make an appointment when you are 18 years or older. A physician referral is not required.

Making appointments

You can make an appointment by phone or email. When you call me and I do not pick up the phone, you can leave a message on my voicemail. I will get in touch with you as soon as I can.

Cancellations or Missed Appointments

If you must change or cancel an appointment time that has been set aside for you, please notify me as soon as possible so that I can provide that time to another individual. Except under certain extenuating circumstances, you can be charged the full hourly rate for an appointment that is not cancelled 48 hours in advance.
