What is depression?
Depression is a warning signal from your body that you are blocking feelings. A human being cannot live life to the fullest without a free flow of emotions. When certain feelings are not allowed to be experienced, like sadness or anger, you lose contact with what is essential for you.
Depression is the price you pay for ignoring authentic feelings and needs, for self sacrifice, for ‘being good’.
