Payment and Policies
Payment for the introductory session is due at the end of the session. You can pay by debit card (pin) or credit card. You will be provided an invoice that you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. For the follow-up sessions you can pay directly after the session by debit card (pin) or credit card as well. It is also possible to receive an invoice at the end of each follow-up session, for which payment is due within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. This invoice can be paid by bank transfer. You will receive a payment reminder once the invoice becomes past due. If this is not paid within 14 days, a collection agency can be engaged. The resulting costs shall be borne by the client.

In my practice I use the legally required Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Protocol.
